The perfect snack to ensure your kids get some delicious, healthy, and nutritious food in their diet!

1. Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Flaxseeds

3 Frozen Bananas

1 cup Almond milk

½ cup Natural Peanut Butter

4 Dates

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
